Take a walk with us ......and a video for Lisa....
Went to the woods this evening as you can see Gracie is recovering well from her major surgery she had back in July although she still can't go off lead she still enjoys her walks ....xx This one's for my good friend Lisa .....
Glad Gracie is out and about. It's raining here now and we just got back, Philo may have to wait for his walk...Tell Jim I like his turquoise trainers and if they go missing, you will know where they are! xox Corrine
I just enjoyed your walk with you. Beautiful place you have to walk in, reminds me a bit of my place. Is that your husband? He's cute. Oh, I went back and saw a hair cutting post, what does his hair look like now? "Normal" or is he regrowing the dreads? My hair is very long and I keep wondering if I should cut it. Not yet. I'm glad your Gracie is up and about, I couldn't find a post that said what her surgery was about but glad she is still with you. Love your sweatshirt. I get the feeling that you like orange;-)
Corrine and Lynn it's funny lots of people love Jim's trainers .......It is good that Gracie is so enthusiastic now at one point we didn't know if we would still have her here ....thankfully she is here in all her glorious noisiness......xx
Fab place to walk, & those silks in your post below! Those are what I'd have plus Jim's hat & what ever it is you're wearing on your legs!(I'm feeling greedy ;) )
Emma yes its a great place these woods are behind our house so we are spoiled great dog walking places......you can be greedy if you like ...Jim loves his hat you'd have to fight him for it...x Lisa this video is just for you I guessed you'd like to see Gracie as mad as she can be and getting better all the time ..x

I am a qualified Textile Teacher but now I am lucky enough to follow my dream being a full time Textile Artist and I love every minute I spend creating in my studio at The West Wing. I am passionate about textiles and am privileged to share my skills with others.
I run workshops for schools, colleges and groups.
I work 1 to 1 with individuals who might want help with basic sewing or more advanced techniques.
Commissions are always welcome please get in touch with me to discuss your requirements. No textile job is too small .....:)
I sell my work through Etsy and you can find me on Facebook at Artymess Textile Art ...come and say hello.
Thanks for taking the time to have a glimpse at my world.

Come and visit my other blog ArtyMaker..I have been lucky enough, along with 8 other Textile artists to take part in The Enliven Project....a project organised by Eastleigh Borough Council....which means that we are working as artists in residence in local Charity shops ...we will create an outfit out of goodies we find in our allocated shop which will be put on display for a month. The outfit will then be featured in the Eastleigh music Festival weekend in July
Here is the facebook page ..with lots of pics .....
