London ...here we come.........

Jim and Ruby outside Harrods this afternoon..we get so excited when we are 'up smoke' as we (Well me really) am a country girl who stays well away from cities especially big ones like London..........

Can't go to London without bumping into the odd Tudor you know ........

Went to London today to pick up Sophie who has been singing over Christmas so was unable to be at home with everyone .......She was singing at the Brompton Oratory which was an amazing place....it was like stepping into a bit of Italy.....x

Jocelyn my youngest ( pictured here) made this frame for me she free machine embroidered the flowers and butterfly.........mmmm fresh Spring flowers ...nice to see a bit of colour after the white out in the UK !!.........

Knitted Nativity........

I didn't make this one ....some highly skilled embroiderers from probably Gujarat did....isn't it glorious ....

We saw this window with curtains in Salisbury I think it was part of an outbuilding but a bit posh as it obviously had curtains at one point........
