You don't usually see a swan in the sea .........
Went for a healing seaside walk to Hill Head ....see I am upright and walking and sewing .....recovery is slow ....but sure .....!!
These little birds have an apt name .....Turnstones !!.......

Glad you are recovering, I'm sure you'd rather it was faster but at least it is happening. Always enjoy seeing your creations, it is a mark of your peaceful soul that you are able to continue the creative journey even in your pain.
