Hopping towards Easter........and EGGciting news

in the meantime here are a couple of holiday walks we have had ......the first lot are a visit to Salisbury and to Old Sarum

Now the EGGciting news .......I have been chosen to take part in the Enliven Project run by Eastleigh Borough Council along with 9 other textile artists.....I am going to be an artist in residence in a local charity shop(we have been each allocated our VERY OWN charity shop ....my perfect job !!)......we are each making an outfit out of the recycled clothes ...The outfit will be displayed in the window for a month and then there will be a catwalk where the outfits will be showcased to coincide with Eastleigh Festival in July...I am starting a separate blog to record my upcycling journey ....here t'is ArtyMaker
Here I am outside with my bag of goodies after rummaging ....errr selecting carefully ...I meant !!.......watch that space to see what I'm going to do with them...xx
