Catching up ..........

I have started my Artist in Residency in the Infant school.....have had the first two sessions making fabric flowers and leaves with 120 4 and 5 yr olds .......they were all stars........Yay the first part of the textile mural underway.......more news next week... Now you see him ...now you don't ..Jim camouflaged on our River walk ........ Countryside day at St Catherine's hill ........fun with a drop spindle .......yes it was fun despite that frown of concentration !!...... Georgie today sunning herself ....she is now in her 21st year and very frail ......I fear that we may not have her with us for long now .......... have been offline for a while so just catching up with everyone in blogland ....it's good to be back .........x

    Lovely work by the children. lucky you to have a residency at a primary school. I have done a few and they are great funxxhave funxxlynda

    TWENTY ONE YEARS!! wow!! good for her...what's that in human years? like three hundred!!??

    did you say 120 kids?? how many classes are they divided up into? that's not all at once?!

    looks like a nice day for a walk in the park...ANY day is a nice day

    120 4 and 5 year olds!!!??? Oh my, you must be some kind of saint of patience! Good luck, you sound as though you are having fun.
    I had a cat who lived to be 21 also. That is the longest I have ever lived with anyone! She was such a sweetie, never gave me a bit of trouble. I hope your Georgie goes easy when her time comes. Mine did. What a blessing.
