Psychadelic Saturday
I wanted to use the brightest embroidery threads in this one and it's quite mad !!
New Forest flora............
Here are some postcards mostly layered and hand embroidered. The second one is inspired by the heathers in the New Forest stitched while staying in our little caravan .....

ReplyDeletethank you Radka just visited your blog and was interested in the hapazome samples ...interesting....xx
ReplyDeleteHallo Lorna, thank you for visiting my blog and your kind comment. To answer your question, I have no other plans for the rest of the hapazome samples, the little stitchery on maple leaves is it for now. I hope to get samples with stronger colours in the summer, it is all a little too pale now.
ReplyDeleteOooh they are delicious! I love my bright floss too, but I am so darn conservative that I only dare to use it when instructed to by the chart I'm following! Your postcards have inspired me to play more with my lary threads now ;-)
ReplyDeleteSuch glorious vibrant colours in your blog, makes you feel good, perhaps you could get GP,s to prescribe it
