We walked for miles by the river today ..... had a picnic and a pub lunch .....PERFECT........ ( Gracie my black dog wears a muzzle as she has NO respect for any furry creature !!!)
What a serene setting by the river, and the mini's were so cute. I have a big black dog that has no respect for furry creatures either! Grand day, grand kids and grand dogs! And cutie Jim what more could you ask for in life.

What fun to see and hear the videos--thanks for sharing, and how delightful it must be to live near a river. I just love running water and natural settings. Peaceful. :)

I am a qualified Textile Teacher but now I am lucky enough to follow my dream being a full time Textile Artist and I love every minute I spend creating in my studio at The West Wing. I am passionate about textiles and am privileged to share my skills with others.
I run workshops for schools, colleges and groups.
I work 1 to 1 with individuals who might want help with basic sewing or more advanced techniques.
Commissions are always welcome please get in touch with me to discuss your requirements. No textile job is too small .....:)

Come and visit my other blog ArtyMaker..I have been lucky enough, along with 8 other Textile artists to take part in The Enliven Project....a project organised by Eastleigh Borough Council....which means that we are working as artists in residence in local Charity shops ...we will create an outfit out of goodies we find in our allocated shop which will be put on display for a month. The outfit will then be featured in the Eastleigh music Festival weekend in July
