AAAhhh back to normal ...lots of colour and sparkly....!!

I have had fun the last few days creating these ATCs..only 3 more stitching days of the hols left though !!
Yesterday we had a rare treat as Sophie was performing near where we live. I don't often get to see her sing so it was a chance to be a proud Mum. Before the performance we walked by the canal.

  3. A proud mum you should be, too! Love those scrumtious cards, nothing like a bit of color! I'd have kept the last card on 2 posts back, too :)

Did I ask what sewing machine you use? I need to bite the bullet & invest in a machine that has more than just straight stitch!

  4. Those are wonderful cards, I may have to venture into some fabric ATC's when I get back to my sewing machine in Alaska.
I'd love to do a trade with you sometime. So far I only have paper collage types with my oddball humor.
Not only is you husband cute, your whole family is (talented too)! It's nice to get to know you on your blog.

  6. Your ATC's are lush and lovely!
So nice to be able to spend time with our grown children, (It seems that each year I see my eldest less and less.) How wonderful to get to see your daughter perform, no wonder you are a proud mum!

  8. I have just found your blog. I love the colours and stitching. If it is not a trade secret, how do you start the hand stitched pieces and what fabric do you use as a back ground? The one that grabbed my attention was the one you did a while ago, with buttons and a mirror sewn on.
